Garren and Brittany Burton own and manage iTrip Pompano Beach, managing vacation rentals in Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Parkland and surrounding areas in Florida.

Garren and Brittany both have a professional background in healthcare and part-time vacation rental management. In 2022, they made the transition to short-term vacation rental managers as a full-time family-owned local business venture.

Garren and Brittany have resided in the Pompano Beach area since 2020, with their two children and loving family pets. They have immediate family living in the Pompano Beach area for 20-plus years, and extended family living throughout Florida for more than 50 years. With such a beautiful climate, landscape and surrounding beach communities -- combined with sporting events, concerts, dining and festivals – they make sure to experience everything their communities offer and pass that information along for others to enjoy.

Garren spent the last 15 years in healthcare operations and private practice optimization and acquisitions. He also has a background in real estate and a wealth of experience from a 25-year family-owned real estate and property management business. He has profuse experience in business operations, marketing, customer service, owner and community relations. As a rental property manager, Garren builds rapport with clients and potential vendors seamlessly. His trustworthy nature and engaging personality lead to longstanding relationships with rental homeowners, investors and visiting guests.

Brittany spent the last 21 years in healthcare in emergency services, nursing, and corporate leadership in IT&S/Clinical Informatics. She has grown with the industry and developed an affinity for business analytics, project management, optimization and business growth, innovative solutions, and automating processes for efficiency and maximum productivity. Brittany is goal-oriented, proficient in communications, and organizing activities and resources to exceed expectations.

Garren and Brittany are eager to make a positive impact representing Pompano Beach area short-term rentals. They feel this is a passion project and look forward to partnering with homeowners to provide property management and increase the tourism revenue in the Pompano Beach area. Moreover, they are committed to providing guests with an amazing experience in the “Heart of the Gold Coast”, as well as other Florida attractions that are just a daytrip away.
